White Flag Partners With Dreamfield to Promote App for Mental Health Awareness

White Flag, creators of the self-titled app to assist those in need of help with mental health struggles, has partnered with Dreamfield to shine a light on the challenges athletes experience.

White Flag knows that the stigma of talking about mental health can be strongest inside the locker room. Their campaign aims to find athletes willing to openly discuss their own struggles and talk with others who may need help.

Athletes will also make bi-monthly social media posts, raising awareness for the cause and highlighting the app’s ability to help everyone find assistance right when they need it.

Mental health issues among athletes have never before had this much mainstream attention, so this campaign is perfectly positioned to do the most good.

Giving athletes a way to anonymously ask for help and talk about the issues they are facing will begin to defeat the stigma surrounding the issue.

Once athletes know they are safe to discuss it, the tide may begin to turn in favor of openness and healing inside the locker room.
