As part of the team’s “FLA Athlete” program, any athletes who sign up will collaborate with the team on various promotional activities.

These activities will include engaging with fans through social media posts, wearing co-branded apparel, as well as attending Panthers’ home games to participate in pre-game activities and media interviews.

The Panthers have committed to equal pay for all athletes in the program.

As the first known NIL deal to feature a school’s entire female athlete contingent, the Panthers are breaking barriers and making history. Their equal pay initiative echoes the important fight of “equal pay for equal work” by women in the workplace.

By partnering with FAU, traditionally considered a smaller ‘directional’ school, the Panthers are proving that NIL opportunities extend far beyond the traditional national powerhouse schools.

By choosing to include the FAU female athletes as well as Dreamfield co-founder D’Eriq King in the ‘FLA Athlete’ program, the Panthers are demonstrating to other businesses and sports franchises that women deserve equal representation and have equal value in the NIL process.
